Elementary Virtual Online Learning (VOLL) Classroom

Peace Lutheran Preschool & Learning Center now offers a Virtual Online Learning Liaisons (VOLL) Classrooms for K - 5 students  participating in online instruction through their local school districts. Staff will act as liaisons between your child and their neighborhood school, supporting students to successfully navigate their virtual learning experience. We will ensure that your child attends their ZOOM/Online meetings with their teachers, completes school assignments, and will provide social and emotional learning opportunities, snacks, outside playtime, and before and after school activities, all in a safe, loving, and controlled environment which meets CDC, State of Texas Dept. of Health and Human Services and local COVID-19 protocols.

Elementary Liasons

Laura Reyes

Hello my name is Laura Reyes and I have been working with children for over 10 years. In 2008 I completed my Child
Development Education where I gained valuable experience learning the latest research in education and how to implement it in the classroom.

I joined Peace Lutheran Preschool 7 years ago and I have been fortunate and blessed to be teaching in an amazing school that has a nurturing, loving environment where children can learn
and experience new challenges that will help build their confidence.

In my spare time I like to walk my dog, hiking, visit my parents and go to the movies with my 12 year old son Omar, who is in 6th grade at Brown Middle School.

I look forward to continuing to have a positive impact on the children’s growth.
My philosophy is that each child is unique, therefore they learn and thrive at their own pace.

Children are our future!
Love, Ms. Laura Reyes.

It’s a pleasure to work for the PLP family. I love to team up with my co-workers to ensure a proper, friendly and energetic environment for our students. This school year I will be working with elementary. I am more than happy to share joy with our students and get to know each and every single one of them. I look forward with sharing memories and learning new things from our students.
