Hello, my name is Ms. Chris, and have I been a lead-teacher at Peace Lutheran Preschool since 2017. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor’s in Education, and a minor in
Reading. I am a Texas state certified teacher who worked for over 20 years in the Ysleta Independent School district.
As an educator, I believe that a child’s early-education experience must be positive in order for a child to develop a life-long love for learning. My goal is to
provide a caring atmosphere that gives children the confidence to experiment and explore. Throughout the day I engage with children, laugh with them, listen to
their stories and allow the space each child needs to blossom as individuals. I believe that children learn best when actively engaged, working in groups with their peers, as well as through independent discovery. My goal is to provide my students with the opportunities that will support and create children that are confident, inquisitive, reflective, critical thinkers.
My name is Ms. Cynthia, I was born and raised in Mexico, I graduated with a Bachelors in Human Resources and I have 13 years of experience working with preschool age children, 6 of them with Peace Lutheran Preschool .
I truly believe that kids can learn and have fun at the same time. I enjoy getting involved with hand on projects, children seem to learn best when given something they can explore and find interesting. I like to provide a variety of activities including art, music and Spanish to develop their necessary skills to aid in the learning process and to become more confident and independent students for the future.

working at Peace Lutheran for 20 years now. I’ve had the privilege to work with children all ages
from infants to after-schoolers. I have an associates in education but am currently attending the

Hello Peace Family,
Welcome to Peace Lutheran Preschool, you chose a wonderful school for your child/ren. Let me introduce myself, my name is Elizabeth Monroy and am immensely excited to be a part of my
student's life and hopefully make a little difference in it. I have been working at Peace for roughly 16 years on and off due to my husband being active duty I move around a lot. Every chance I get I return to be part of this great school not only because I love working with children
but because the staff is wonderful. I am fortunate enough to have experience in all age groups from infants to Pre K. I am currently working with infants which requires a lot of paperwork, patience and love. I definitely wouldn't have it any other way. I also have been going to school on and off, hopefully within two years I'm able to get my bachelor's degree in psychology. I have a son who is 5 years old, my fur baby who is my other child and married for 11 years. In my spare time I have my business on the side, I sell clothing. I also like to read, workout and go to the movies. I plan on returning to school this fall, let's see if time permits me. Can't wait to meet your child/ren, I look forward to working with them.

My name is Dalia, I am from Syria. Married with two kids, a girl six
years old and a boy three years old. I like dancing, singing, and cooking.
I love kids and I love spending time with them, that is why I had chosen
to study education. I got my bachelor’s degree in education from my
country and I had worked there in elementary school for one year. After
that I came to united states and I have worked in a daycare in Florida for
three years, then we have moved to Texas and now I am working in
Peace Lutheran preschool for about two years. I love my job dealing
with kids every day and exploring their world as much as I can in such
an awesome and safe environment like peace Lutheran preschool. Now,
I am studying master in elementary education, very motivated, by
starting my assignments, the day that it is assigned and being more
organized with my materials. Relieving my stress in a position way is
number one that I need to fulfill my goals, encourage myself to
participate in the class, learning through experience and the most
important thing for me is to complete my job to the fullest as a mother ,
educator and a student. I expect from my graduate experience prepare
myself for what is next including several years of intense research,
studying, and professional growth by examining my interests, skills, and
values through self-assessment.
