Cinthya Rubio Cerda, Peace Preschool Education Director
Young children have been a part of Cinthya’s life since 1999, when she got her first job as a three-year-old teacher. She earned her degree in business administration and finance from Instituto Superior de Administracion y Negocios in Mexico and her Director’s credentials in El Paso during her time as the Director of St. Mark’s Early Education Program.
Cinthya has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Early Education and Preschool programs, including as an Early Education Program Director, Director and Coordinator of Summer Camp Program, Early Education Director Assistant, and Lead Teacher to all levels of early education grades.

Maggie Guerrero, Peace Preschool Business Director
Maggie Guerrero graduated from New Mexico State University where she earned her Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Maggie has over six years of accounting experience. She served as a senior accountant for Santa Fe County and as a financial reporting analyst for the City of Las Cruces. Most recently she held a position as an internal auditor for New Mexico State University. In her roles, Maggie has been responsible for account review and reconciliation, resolution of discrepancies, preparation of financial reports and audit investigations.

We are very proud of our dedicated and well-trained staff. All staff is required to attain a minimum of 24 clock hours of training each year. They must also maintain current CPR and first aid certification. All lead teachers have college degrees and have a trained teaching assistant. Some assistants may also be working towards their Child Development Association (CDA) credentials.
